Jason Sanchez

Jason was raised in Southeastern Idaho but has lived in several states and traveled extensively throughout the United States and abroad. After high school, he enlisted in the United States Navy, where he graduated first in his class in Basic Engineering Common Core, Gas Turbine Mechanical "A" School, and Gas Turbine Mechanical "C" School. He then served aboard the USS Anzio for five years, earning numerous awards and taking on significant operational and leadership responsibilities.

Following his military service, Jason earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science, cum laude, from the University of Utah and a Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. While in law school, he served as President of The Federalist Society and Publishing Editor of the Ohio State Journal of Criminal Law. Jason gained practical legal experience with N.P. Limited Partnership—Polaris Centers of Commerce, where he worked on commercial real estate transactions, leasing, zoning, financing, and development matters. He also worked at the Franklin County Prosecutor’s Office, where he assisted in the prosecution of more than 600 felony cases and gained substantial experience in legal research, motion writing, discovery, and courtroom proceedings.

Military service, church service, education, and professional opportunities took Jason throughout the United States and around the world, exposing him to a wide range of people, cultures, and experiences. Those opportunities broadened his perspective while deepening his appreciation for the values, strong communities, and exceptional quality of life that define Southeast Idaho. Jason joined Racine Olson in August 2026 and is proud to represent individuals, families, and businesses throughout the region he has always been proud to call home.

Jason believes clients deserve practical legal advice, responsive communication, and straightforward answers. He works to understand each client's goals and develop efficient, effective solutions to help them move forward.

Jason and his wife, Emily, have a son, Lincoln, and two Goldendoodles, Copper and Oakley. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the outdoors, going to the gym, and tackling home improvement projects.
