Idaho State Police are continuing their investigation into a three-vehicle collision that took place on September 3rd<\/sup>, at approximately 1:28 p.m. The accident involved two semi-trucks and another vehicle, and occurred on eastbound State Highway 33, at mile 127.<\/p>\n

At the time of the accident, the first semi, a 1998 Kenworth driven by a 22-year-old man from Tetonia, was traveling east. As he traveled, for unknown reasons, he began to veer and crossed the center line. He entered the westbound lane, where he collided with an oncoming vehicle, a 2022 Ford Motorhome. The driver of the motorhome, a 64-year-old man from Orlando, Florida, was unable to avoid the oncoming semi, and they collided head-on.<\/p>\n

Following the initial collision, debris from the vehicles was scattered, and some collided with the second semi, a 2003 Kenworth driven by a 67-year-old man from Waterville, Kansas. At the time, he had been traveling westbound on SH 33.<\/p>\n
