On November 19th<\/sup>, at 6:40 p.m., a two-vehicle crash occurred on State highway 41 at the intersection of W Prairie Ave in Post Falls, Idaho. The two vehicles involved include a Chevrolet Silverado driven by a 75-year-old man from Cocolalla, and a Toyota Prius driven by a 56-year-old man from Coeur d\u2019Alene.<\/p>\n

At the time of the accident, the 75-year-old driver of the Silverado was traveling northbound on highway 41. He came to the intersection of W Prairie Ave and failed to stop at the red light, crashing into the oncoming Prius. The driver of the Prius, the 56_year-old man, was traveling west when he crossed the intersection and was struck.<\/p>\n

Both men were wearing their seatbelts at the time of the accident. The driver of the Chevrolet sustained minor injuries and was transported to a local hospital. The driver of the Prius sustained more serious injuries. He was also transported to the hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.<\/p>\n
