On October 28th<\/sup> at 2:46 p.m. a multi-vehicle crash involving a semi occurred on US93 north of Hollister at milepost 31, in Twin Falls County.<\/p>\n

Two individuals, a 64-year-old man and a 60-year-woman, driving a 2017 Toyota 4runner, were headed northbound on US93 when they veered slightly. Another driver, a 48-year-old male from Albion, driving a 2021 Volvo semi-truck, was headed southbound when the 4runner left its lane and came towards him. The two vehicles collided, sending the semi into the northbound lanes, where it struck another car, a red 2008 Dodge Ram 1500. This vehicle was driven by a 37-year-old man from Gooding who was traveling northbound.<\/p>\n

The two individuals driving the Toyota succumbed to their injuries at the scene. Reportedly, they were both wearing seatbelts at the time of the accident. There is no information provided about the other drivers\u2019 conditions at this time. Idaho State Police are continuing to investigate this incident.<\/p>\n
