Usually the question is posed as \u201cDo I need a will?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The fact is that almost everyone should have a written <a href=\"https:\/\/www.racinelaw.net\/last-will-and-testament.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>last will and testament<\/strong> <\/a>as part of their basic estate plan.
