Lewis<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Many people who are hurt on the job in Idaho find it very frustrating that the Idaho Workers\u2019 Compensation insurance company can send them to doctors that they choose. These so called independent medical evaluations requested by your Idaho Workers\u2019 Compensation insurance company can happen more than once during your recovery from your industrial accident. Idaho Code \u00a772-433 gives your Idaho Workers\u2019 Compensation insurance company the right to send you to their doctors \u201cat reasonable times and places\u201d.
