{"id":4532,"date":"2016-05-23T16:24:05","date_gmt":"2016-05-23T16:24:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.racinelaw.net\/?p=4532"},"modified":"2016-05-23T16:24:05","modified_gmt":"2016-05-23T16:24:05","slug":"why-even-young-adults-need-an-estate-plan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.racinelaw.net\/blog\/why-even-young-adults-need-an-estate-plan\/","title":{"rendered":"Why Even Young Adults Need an Estate Plan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p dir=\"LTR\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">Have you ever thought to yourself, &#8220;Do I need a will?&#8221; \u3000While we are young, all of us tend to think that we are invincible. \u3000We feel strong, healthy and full of life. \u3000Because of this, we put off the thoughts of death and Estate Planning. \u3000This is stuff only old people think about right? \u3000The reality is that none of us is truly invincible and everyone needs an Estate Plan.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">If you die without an Estate Plan that means your belongings will given to other people through the laws of &#8220;Intestacy&#8221; or through the government\u2019s default Estate Plan.
