The Associated Press (probably actually a reporter for one of the Salt Lake papers) notes that the parties appear close to a settlement of the lawsuit, but it is a little confused about the legalities. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\" align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Georgia;\">4<\/span>The <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/comic-con.org\/\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"EN\">San Diego Comic-Con<\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"EN\"> has run conventions in California for years, while Dan Farr Productions of Draper, Utah has run the <\/span><\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/saltlakecomiccon.com\/\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"EN\">Salt Lake Comic Con<\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"EN\"> since 2013.
