Tippi is also a member of the Idaho Trial Lawyer’s Association. She is an experienced litigator, having worked on a variety of personal injury/insurance defense, property damage/construction defect, civil rights/Title VII cases in Idaho and Washington courts. Tippi also has considerable experience in family law, criminal law, and probate. Prior to joining Racine, Olson, Nye, Budge & Bailey, Cht. in 2006, Tippi practiced at other civil law firms and she also worked as a deputy prosecuting attorney. Tippi attended college at Montana State University in Bozeman, receiving a BS in psychology, with honors, in 1997. She received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Idaho College of law in 2001. Tippi is a proud Idaho native, mogul skier, and spinal fusion survivor. Tippi’s father Ron Jarman, a career trial lawyer in Pocatello, inspired her to take up the practice of law and to passionately advocate for her clients. Tippi’s husband, Jonathan Volyn, is also a partner with the firm and he similarly emphasizes civil and criminal litigation. Tippi enjoys and appreciates working for individual and corporate clients and she works diligently to engender trust and confidence in her handling of important legal matters in court on their behalf.
