Ms. Volyn's practice emphasizes civil and criminal litigation in the following areas: Contracts, Personal Injury and Insurance Defense, Civil Rights and Title VII, Asbestos Defense, Divorce and Custody, Probate and Guardianship/Conservatorship, Felony and Misdemeanor Criminal Defense. Ms. Volyn also serves as the City Attorney for the City of American Falls, Idaho.

Ms. Volyn is admitted to practice, and has litigation experience, in state and federal courts in Idaho as well as state courts in Washington and the federal courts for the Eastern District of Washington.

Academic Degrees:
Ms. Volyn received her undergraduate education at Montana State University in Bozeman, Montana, receiving a B.S. Degree in Psychology, with honors, in 1997. She obtained her legal education from the University of Idaho College of Law in Moscow, Idaho, where she received her J.D. Degree in 2001.

Ms. Volyn is a member of the Idaho State Bar and the Washington State Bar. She is also a member of the Sixth District Bar Association and the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association.

Ms. Volyn was born in Blackfoot, Idaho in 1975.
