Practice Summary:
Candice has been practicing law since 1998.  She has an extensive background in water law and is a former Idaho Deputy Attorney General where she worked for nearly seven years as part of the Natural Resources Division.  Candice’s primary practice focus is in water and administrative law. 

Academic Degrees:
Candice graduated magna cum laude from Gonzaga University in 1994 with an Bachelor’s of Arts degree in political science and economics.  She earned her law degree from the University of Denver, College of Law in 1998 and graduated with highest honors as a member of the Order of St. Ives. 

Professional Memberships and Activities:
Candice is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Idaho.  She is currently the vice chairperson of the Idaho State Bar Water Law Section where she’s been an active member for the past several years.    Candice is also and licensed, with inactive status, in Colorado.

Biographical Information:
Candice is a lifelong Idahoan and was raised in rural, north central Idaho, in the town of Ferdinand.  She is married and has two children.
