He obtained his legal education at the University of Idaho, and received his J.D. degree in 1988. Professional Memberships and Activities: Mr. Lewis is a member of the Sixth Judicial Bar Association and Idaho State Bar (Member, Bankruptcy Section). While attending the University of Idaho College of Law, Mr. Lewis was a member of the Board of Student Advocates and was a member of the American Bar Association Moot Court Team. While attending law school, Mr. Lewis was also Lead Articles Editor of the Idaho Law Review. Biographical Information: Fred was born in Salt Lake City, Utah on April 1, 1959.
