    Mr. Johnson received his undergraduate education at Southern Oregon University, receiving a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Economics in 1993. Mr. Johnson received his legal education from The John Marshall Law School in 1997.

Mr. Johnson is also licensed to practice in all Illinois State Courts and the Northern District of Illinois Federal Court. Mr. Johnson's specialized areas of practice consist of civil litigation, insurance defense and commercial litigation.

    Mr. Johnson was admitted to the Idaho State Bar in 2004 and the Illinois State Bar in 1997. While attending The John Marshall Law School, Mr. Johnson was a staff editor on The John Marshall Law Review. Prior to joining Racine, Olson, Nye, Budge & Bailey, Mr. Johnson practiced law in Chicago, Illinois for almost 7 years where he focused his practice on civil litigation. Mr. Johnson is a member of the Idaho State Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association.

    Mr. Johnson was born in Springfield, Illinois on January 4, 1971, and grew up in Idaho Falls, Idaho.
