HEARN, M.D., received his juris doctor in 1991 magna cum laude from Georgetown Law Center in Washington, D.C. He holds a Ph.D. in biochemistry and is a 1978 graduate of the USAF School of Aerospace Medicine. Practice Summary: Dr. Hearn's legal practice includes all aspects of health care litigation, antiturst, constitutional law, securities arbitration and criminal defense. Dr. Hearn is admitted to practice before both the Idaho and D.C. State and Federal Courts. Prior to moving to Idaho in January of 1997, he worked in the health law division of Proskauer, Rose, Goetz & Mendelsohn’s national office located in Washington D.C. Prior to entering law school, Dr. Hearn had practiced medicine for more than 10 years. Between 1989 and 1991, Dr. Hearn was an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Georgetown Medical Center. Professional Memberships and Activities: He was elected to the Order of the Coif in 1991.
