    Mr. Hadley's emphasis of practice is in the estate planning, elder law, and commercial law areas, including guardianship, conservatorship, nursing home planning, probate, wills, trusts, corporate law, business law, contract law, and real property matters. While in law school, Mr. Hadley founded and served as President of the Idaho Chapter of the Delta Theta Phi International Law Fraternity, and authored "The Selling of a Corporate Prospectus." Following law school, Mr. Hadley was employed by the J.R. Simplot Company and joined Racine, Olson, Nye, Budge & Bailey in the Spring of 1989.

    Academic Degrees:
    In 1982, Mr. Hadley graduated Cum Laude from the University of Idaho College of Business. He received his legal education also at the University of Idaho, receiving his Juris Doctor in 1985.

    Professional Memberships And Activities:
    Mr. Hadley is a member of the Idaho State Bar Association, the Sixth District Bar Association, the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys, and the Pocatello Estate Planning Council.

    Biographical Information:
    Mr. Hadley was born in Pocatello, Idaho on January 17, 1960. He has two children, Connor and Sander.

    Community Service:
    Mr. Hadley works extensively with area youth, coaching and organizing various sporting activities.
