    Practice Summary:
    Mr. Green's practice is devoted primarily to creditors rights and bankruptcy including loan workouts, bank litigation, Insolvency Law and Secured Transaction Litigation. Mr. Green also represents Bankruptcy Trustees throughout Southeast Idaho. Mr. Green has extensive experience in loan documentation, foreclosure and all aspects of Bankruptcy. Mr. Green is admitted to practice before all State and Federal Courts of the State of Idaho and before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

    Academic Degrees:
    Mr. Green received his undergraduate education at Weber State University, receiving a B.A. degree magna cum laude in 1980. He obtained his legal education from Brigham Young University J. Reuben Clark School of Law where he received his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, with honors in 1984. Mr. Green successfully completed the requirements for national certification in business bankruptcy law in July, 2001.

    Professional Memberships and Activities:
    Mr. Green is currently serving as a member of the Board of Governors of the Bankruptcy and Commercial Law Section of the Idaho State Bar. Mr. Green is also a member of the local Bankruptcy Rules Committee for the District of Idaho, and is Chair of the Sixth District Bar Bankruptcy Section. Mr. Green is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Commercial Law League of America, and the American Bar Association and is a frequent lecturer and author on bankruptcy and creditors' rights, including presentations for the Idaho State Bar, the Idaho Law Foundation, the Federal District Court, the National Business Institute, and Idaho State University.

    Biographical Information:
    Mr. Green was born in Ogden, Utah, on August 8, 1955. He and his wife, Mary, have four children. Mr. Green speaks Japanese.
