Mr. Erickson received his legal education from the University of Idaho, where he obtained his J.D. degree in 1999. Practice Summary: Mr. Erickson is licensed to practice in all Idaho and Utah State and Federal Courts. Mr. Erickson’s specialized areas of practice consist of bankruptcy and commercial law including real estate, commercial transactions, corporate and creditor law, and employment and labor law. Professional Memberships and Activities: Mr. Erickson was admitted to the Idaho State Bar in 1999, and the Utah State Bar in 2000. While attending the University of Idaho, Mr. Erickson was a member of the Board of Editors on the Idaho Law Review. While clerking with the Department of Labor in the Idaho Attorney General’s Office, Mr. Erickson edited and published a pamphlet entitled "Conducting a Lawful Employment Interview." Mr. Erickson is a member of the Sixth Judicial District Bar Association of Idaho; the Idaho State Bar; the Salt Lake County Bar, the Utah Bar and American Bar Associations.
