    In this third year at law school Mr. Alexander was a was a member of Washington University's National Moot Court team. Following graduation, he served as law clerk to the Honorable Harold L. Sachs of the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District. He then he joined the firm in 1991. He was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 1990 and the Idaho Bar in 1992.

    Mr. Alexander graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism in 1983 from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas. Mr. Alexander received his Juris Doctor in 1990 from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.

    Mr. Alexander worked as a newspaper sports reporter, outdoors editor, and editor of the business section of the Southwest Times Record in Fort Smith, Arkansas from 1983 until 1987.

    David was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on June 28, 1961.
